Mandatory qualifications include a High School Diploma, 2+ years of relevant life insurance death claims business experience, claims processing experience, working knowledge of life insurance products, Microsoft Office and MS Teams experience, great typing skills, empathy, and inbound/outbound customer service experience.
The preferred schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4pm EST.
Strong candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree, FINRA Series 6, and insurance call center experience, in addition to meeting all mandatory qualifications.
