The Civil Engineer will provide technical planning, design, permitting, and construction support on various water utility projects, including collection systems, pump stations, and wastewater treatment facilities. They will prepare engineering calculations, design reports, and construction plans, utilizing AutoCAD 3D, Civil 3D, and Revit. Responsibilities also include reviewing plans and specifications, preparing permit submittals, assisting with cost estimates, monitoring project progress, documenting design changes, conducting on-site inspections, preparing project status reports, assisting with proposals, and supporting Project Managers. Furthermore, the role involves attending meetings, managing project tasks, maintaining client relations, ensuring a safe working environment, and participating in professional associations.
