BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent experience
4+ years of chip-design architect experience or chip design / design verification experience
Deep understanding of system design and integration with various technology components
Can-do attitude and high energy with leadership skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to learn sophisticated concepts in a fast-paced environment
Strong managerial, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Attention to detail and a high focus on design quality

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architecture, logic design, system software, firmware, and hardware) to ensure successful project execution
Define the HW boot, clock, and Reset architecture for Switch ASIC
Develop slow-speed interface architecture specifications and design guidelines
Conduct trade-off analysis for different architecture options
Oversee the implementation of the chosen architecture by the chip design, FW, and SW teams
