Responsibilities

  • Lead special projects across the organization including executive-level presentations, innovation partnerships, return on investment (ROI) and impact reporting
  • Independently advance initiatives and problem solve obstacles encountered with little senior leader input; anticipate roadblocks prior to them occurring
  • Communicate key messages ensuring information flow, clarity, and visibility across Growth Analytics team, senior leaders and stakeholders through effective communication channels
  • Oversee departmental operations with attention to detail and follow through, including leading planning, budgeting, recruiting, and colleague performance review and promotion process
  • Prepare content and facilitate organization-wide programming including Quarterly Townhalls, Quarterly GA leadership sessions, Career Series, and special events
  • Foster collaboration and a strong GA culture to support colleague engagement events, colleague onboarding, career development, and recruitment
  • Respond promptly to emerging needs, ensure follow-through and delivery on priorities, tracking progress and coordinating requests to meet deadlines
