Requirements

  • Ability to work onsite primarily from an HPE office
  • Experience supporting senior executives (SVP level) and leadership teams
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills for business reviews and meetings
  • Capability to represent the SVP in meetings
  • Willingness to travel with the SVP as needed

Responsibilities

  • Ensure executive review readiness for business review meetings (e.g., quarterly business reviews, state of readiness reviews, ad-hoc reviews) by reviewing agendas, objectives, outcomes, picking up follow-on actions, and delegating where possible
  • Travel with the SVP to facilitate business reviews/workshops as needed
  • Provide programmatic oversight by running regular and ad-hoc meetings, determining cadence and agendas, aligning stakeholders for preparation, noting actions, and following up to ensure progress
  • Support the SVP and leadership team in driving collaboration across the group, leading the overall growth plan, tracking, and execution
  • Lead business and operational reviews and executive customer engagement
  • Support the SVP on transformation and ongoing change management initiatives
