Responsibilities

Own and deliver CEO-level special projects end-to-end, such as running exec searches (outreach, screening calls, etc.), exploring acquisitions, launching new GTM motions, or unblocking critical customer needs
Drive partnerships and strategic GTM bets, identifying leverage points, piloting new GTM plays, and coordinating across Sales, Product, and Marketing to unlock revenue (e.g., enterprise lighthouse customers, ecosystem partnerships)
Act as CEO’s commercial force multiplier: support sales, customer, and investor meetings; handle important follow-ups; learn to close complex deals; prep for investor updates; coordinate PR moments; ensure Omnea shows up in the right rooms
Lead executive and critical hiring: source, run, and close senior searches; build briefs; map the market; run tight processes; filter candidates before CEO involvement
Run special projects without natural owners, including acquisitions, fundraises, exec hiring, PR, and building new teams/business lines
