Requirements

5-8+ years of experience in operations, consulting, project management, or similar strategic roles
Experience in multi-site operations, vendor management, and process improvement
PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials strongly preferred
Proven track record managing 3+ concurrent complex projects with competing deadlines and stakeholders
Background in HR, talent leadership, or people operations is a significant plus
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to speak on behalf of leadership
High emotional intelligence, judgment, and ability to navigate ambiguity
Technology-savvy with proficiency in project management tools and productivity platforms
Manila-based or able to commute to BGC for on-site work
Proactive problem-solver who brings solutions, not just problems

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end project management for strategic initiatives from kickoff to completion
Drive cross-functional projects and initiatives without formal authority
Create and maintain project dashboards, status reports, and executive communications
Run effective meetings, drive accountability, and follow up relentlessly on action items
Serve as a liaison between leadership and teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
Manage executive calendar, travel, and stakeholder communications with precision
Draft communications, presentations, and strategic documents on behalf of leadership
Translate strategic vision into tactical execution plans and drive implementation
Make sound decisions and represent leadership when the executive is unavailable
Foster alignment and communication across multi-site operations and teams
Drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
