Requirements
- Experience in defense technology, aerospace, or a similarly complex operational environment
- Strong understanding of government policy, acquisition, or program management at a fast-paced technology company
- Proven ability to execute complex, cross-functional projects under tight deadlines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level documents and briefings
- High discretion and sound judgment with sensitive information
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action—comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists
- U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the CEO to plan, prioritize, and execute key initiatives across the company
- Lead cross-functional projects requiring coordination between engineering, operations, and government stakeholders
- Support executive decision-making through structured analysis, data-driven insights, and strong operational rigor
- Manage key communications—board materials, investor updates, and strategic documents for partners and government agencies
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable systems and processes
- Represent the CEO in high-stakes internal and external meetings
- Act as a force multiplier for leadership—anticipating needs, resolving issues early, and ensuring organizational alignment
