Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO and COO on strategic planning, board/investor communications, quarterly objectives and special projects
  • Drive cross-functional execution, connecting product, operations & clinical to deliver results
  • Lead high-priority projects that don’t yet have a dedicated owner — building the systems and processes that allow Big Leap to continue to scale
  • Turn ideas into action, from account management to data analytics to new business development
  • Own the internal operating cadence (OKRs, leadership meetings, company-wide updates, and documentation)
  • Support hiring & org design as we scale, ensuring the right people & processes are in place
  • Serve as a thought partner to the CEO, identifying gaps, simplifying complexity, and helping anticipate what’s around the corner
