Responsibilities

The Chef Instructor, Savory will model and direct employees to ensure customer service standards are met, deliver an exceptional cooking class experience using provided recipes and game plans, stay informed through product knowledge and training, maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness, work as part of a team to achieve sales goals, provide coaching and performance feedback to Kitchen Assistants, and communicate performance issues to the Resident Chef. They will also seek opportunities to increase cooking class and retail sales, record time worked accurately, anticipate and solve problems, and handle various tasks including serving drinks and fulfilling additional responsibilities as assigned.
