Requirements

  • Diplôme de Bachelor ou Master en Commerce, Marketing, Ingénierie ou équivalent
  • Expérience minimum de 5 ans en marketing dans l'industrie des dispositifs médicaux dans un rôle national et/ou international
  • Compétences avancées en informatique sur MS Office, en particulier Excel et PowerPoint
  • Bonne connaissance des logiciels de Business Intelligence et CRM (Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce)
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, avec d'excellentes compétences linguistiques

Responsibilities

  • Développer et exécuter des plans marketing stratégiques basés sur des données pour le marché français, y compris la segmentation des clients, le positionnement, la messagerie, la stratégie de prix et la mise en œuvre tactique
  • Communiquer de manière cohérente et efficace des informations appropriées sur les produits, le marché, les aspects cliniques et la concurrence à l'organisation commerciale locale, et garantir une présence sur le terrain pour animer plusieurs types d'équipes de vente (à distance et sur le terrain)
  • Coordonner la participation à des conférences et événements locaux, y compris les stands, les contrats et les intervenants, et garantir la diffusion des dernières données scientifiques
  • Diriger les lancements de nouveaux produits, y compris la stratégie de prix, la formation interne, la diffusion du matériel promotionnel, la communication interne et externe, et le suivi du lancement
  • Établir et maintenir de solides relations avec les leaders d'opinion clés (KOL) et tirer parti de leur expertise pour promouvoir l'adoption clinique et soutenir les initiatives éducatives
  • Gérer les activités locales de l'offre et de la demande, y compris la priorisation des allocations de produits
  • Assurer que les dépenses marketing restent dans le budget approuvé (Plan d'Opérations Annuel)
  • Soutenir les candidatures locales aux appels d'offres en fournissant les informations produits, techniques et cliniques nécessaires
  • Développer une intelligence concurrentielle et de marché en collaboration avec l'organisation de vente et des tiers
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe marketing européenne et française et avec tout département interne concerné (conformité, réglementation, tarification…)
