Requirements

  • Diplômée d’un Master 2, Ecole de commerce ou Université
  • Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans le recrutement et/ou la chasse idéalement dans un environnement finance/tech
  • Personnalité prête à s’investir à 100% dans le recrutement
  • Capacité à gérer l’ensemble du processus de recrutement sur des profils techniques, fonctionnels ou de gestion de projet
  • Connaissances en finance ou IT (un plus, formation possible)

Responsibilities

  • Identification des meilleurs candidats via les jobboards et réseaux sociaux
  • Pré-sélection téléphonique et conduite d’entretiens physiques
  • Suivi des candidats durant l’ensemble du processus de recrutement (organisation des évaluations, négociation des salaires, rédaction et signature des contrats de travail)
  • Coaching des différents consultants
  • Suivi de l'intégration des nouveaux consultants via différents points de suivi
  • Assurer la bonne intégration des consultants et recruter de nouveaux talents
