Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 5+ years working experience in MNC, Top FMCG/Medical companies, with trade marketing experience preferred
  • Knowledgeable in trade marketing, sales planning, and channel strategies
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence decision-making, drive alignment on business plans, and manage relationships

Responsibilities

  • Develop and follow key customer plans based on channel strategy, brand strategy, and sales targets to ensure strategic growth and rational resource allocation
  • Timely evaluate and optimize plans based on actual business situations, uncover business opportunities, and support sales growth
  • Lead the formulation and execution of key customer channel strategies, including activity planning and execution, as well as annual agreement strategic project cooperation and execution, to achieve company goals and regional market strategies
  • Regularly track and review the execution of channel marketing activities and projects, make timely adjustments, and ensure effective project resource execution
  • Formulate and execute GTN investment strategy and reasonable use of Selling P budget for non-NKA customers to ensure reasonable investment returns
