Requirements

  • Minimum five years of cumulative media planning experience
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Experience working in the Financial Services sector or equivalent B2B experience (Top applicants will have demonstrated experience in Defined Contributions)
  • Experience building paid media campaigns
  • In depth understanding of media buying tools and common B2B digital platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Adobe, DSPs, ABM platforms)
  • Effective communication skills, confidence in ability to act as a decisionmaker for Paid Media and present confidently to Marketing leaders and business stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities
  • Ability to define objectives and work with a team to develop a cohesive strategy that drives business results
  • A high degree of creativity, empathy, passion for marketing, and strong problem-solving ability
  • Located in Malvern PA and able to work three days per week in offices (Monday and Friday remote; fully remote not available)

Responsibilities

  • Own paid media plan development, execution, and optimization
  • Lead media agency briefing process; develop actionable media strategy from business goals and marketing OKRs
  • Serve as Media Subject Matter Expert within aligned pods, providing expertise, consultation, strategy and execution support for cross-channel, digital marketing campaigns
  • Support strategy development of digital marketing campaigns across paid channels and steward strategy adherence with external partners
  • Assist with defining the appropriate measures of success across paid channels and tactics
  • Partner with marketing analytics to develop test and learn approaches for digital advertising channels and share learnings with key stakeholders
  • Oversee the timely trafficking of assets including processing materials through to compliance and properly assigning CIDs
  • Ensure Paid Media campaigns adhere to compliance and legal standards working closely with these key business functions to monitor and approve all communications
  • Stay current on existing and emerging channels and tactics, AdTech advancements, new media trends and competitive landscape. Regularly share learnings with team and broader department
  • Partner with Engagement Strategists, Project Owners and Project Managers to pull together marketing plan deliverables for leadership
  • Provide timely performance reporting to internal stakeholders, transforming campaign metrics and market research into actionable insights
