Requirements

Candidates must possess a 4-year degree and a minimum of 6 years in customer-facing direct sales roles, with proven experience selling RedHat solutions through the channel. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in SF.com with accurate forecasting, and a self-starting, gritty, and coachable attitude are essential. A strong work ethic and a track record in a KPI-based sales model are required.

Responsibilities

The Channel Manager will grow IBM RedHat business with new and existing partners by rebuilding neglected relationships and developing new business opportunities within a set region. Responsibilities include proactively engaging partners, onboarding new partners, focusing on end-customer opportunities, and positioning Arrow's Cloud Services offerings. The role involves conducting sales meetings with partners, cloud providers, and end customers, and promoting Arrow Sphere as a platform to grow cloud business consumption.
