  • Experience or knowledge in pharmaceutical/FMCG sectors, including monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes through primary sources (e.g., industry reports, field research, expert networks)

Responsibilities

  • Work as channel BP of offline sales, collaborating with channel ops. and TMK teams to support data/reporting requests and channel deep dive analysis
  • Responsible for specific channel potential and growth forecasting, and identify key attributes for each channel
  • Act as offline sales channel analysis expert & owner, setting KPIs/data sources/calculation methodologies, and developing dashboards and reporting to support risk management and opportunity identification
  • Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within pharmaceutical/FMCG sectors through primary sources
  • Translate industry dynamics into internal benchmarks and actionable recommendations for proactive business adjustments
  • Drive revenue growth by unlocking hidden potential in Pharmacy and medical channels
  • Help adapt national category strategies to specific channel realities for better execution and higher ROI
  • Develop unified standards for channel business review metrics
  • Break down data silos and develop cross-domain reporting
  • Enable automated and flexible report configuration to enhance productivity
  • Provide overview of offline sales channel development opportunities and risks to ensure precise resource investment
  • Build channel one single source of truth, establishing natural KPIs/methodologies to evaluate performance and potential
