Requirements

Candidates must have experience in Channel Management with Unified Communications & Customer Experience technologies and a proven success in recruiting, enabling, and managing national and global partners and service providers. Experience in managing enterprise sales opportunities with and through partners is required, along with excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for engaging with C-level stakeholders. The role also requires accuracy in forecasting and maintaining CRM records, along with being detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

The Channel Account Manager will execute on the identification, recruitment, and onboarding of enterprise partners specializing in Phone & Contact Center sales. They will develop and execute effective partner plans to drive mindshare and revenue growth, and communicate regularly with Channel Leadership & Operations. This role is responsible for providing accurate and timely forecasts and maintaining accurate records in all internal CRM and reporting tools.
