Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in Finance AND management / technology consulting (or relevant experience with project management in any company)
  • Strong track record of projects in CFO area, e.g. financial strategy, functional consulting (ERP and other CFO area IT systems), F&A, Controlling, Budgeting and Forecasting, Treasury
  • University degree (Bc degree, preferable MSc / MBA, economic / technical focus is an advantage)
  • Excellent communication skills - being able to present complex ideas in a clear and easy-to-understand way
  • Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills, especially in building trusted client relationships
  • Experience with leading small team - proven ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Ability to identify and assess complex problems, predict potential problems and timely implement preventive measures
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach, experience in sales opportunity identification, leading RFP responses including client negotiation rounds
  • Fluency in English and Czech/Slovak is required. German is an advantage
  • Ability to meet client travel requirements, when applicable

Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute to development of CZ Strategy & Consulting practice
  • Lead or participate in delivery of relevant consulting and system integration projects to clients in CFO area in CZ
  • Pro-actively identify & pursue business development opportunities with CZ CFO area clients and prospects cross industries
  • Develop & deliver compelling client proposals to grow our CFO practice
  • Orchestrate work of Accenture service groups to bring the best value to our clients
  • Develop team by hiring and coaching to grow the capacity and skills/capabilities of our CFO practice
  • Foster motivation and engagement of our colleagues
  • Manage project financials and project administration to ensure profitable and compliant delivery
