Requirements

Candidates should possess 3 to 5 years of Revenue Cycle experience managing billing and collections of Physician and non-Physician Professional Fee Services, along with experience using Athena Medical Billing Software. They should also have a strong understanding of managed care and insurance contractual arrangements, including Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care Experience in Multiple States.

Responsibilities

The Central Billing Office/Revenue Cycle Manager will direct the planning and coordination of all patient registration functions to ensure effective cash flow, find funding sources for uninsured patients, improve customer and employee satisfaction, and maximize reimbursement for hospital services. This role will facilitate communication between various departments and hospitals, develop and implement goals and objectives, monitor staff productivity and performance, oversee department training and development, and perform other duties as assigned.
