Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related area
Minimum of three to five years combined experience in merchandising, data analytics, project management, or related area
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, prioritization, and attention to detail skills
Strong mathematical aptitude, financial acumen, and analytical skills
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with Nielsen Category Management tools
SQL competency recommended (experience with Snowflake)
Responsibilities
Communicate effectively to achieve buy-in from cross-functional leaders
Facilitate cross-functional meetings in support of strategic initiatives
Support annual vendor negotiation process including joint business planning, strategic planning with merchandising teams, and coordination with vendors to improve sales and profitability
Support data and analytics fact base in partnership with merchandising analytics function and drive into core ways of working for merchandising and associated support teams
Perform business or statistical analysis to formulate data-driven recommendations that help the company achieve financial goals
Navigate ambiguity in dynamic retail and wholesale environments to drive positive business outcomes
May be assigned additional responsibilities as needed
