Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience structuring complex commercial contracts with Corporate Services suppliers, assessing demand, negotiating and sourcing Corporate Services spend to support Corporate Services needs across the enterprise
  • Strong industry knowledge across Corporate Services and familiarity with Corporate Services procurement practices and buying behaviors
  • Interpersonal and relationship-building skills to build credibility with, and foster relationships

Responsibilities

  • Develop a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Corporate Services products, aligning with the company’s mission and member objectives
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and gather member feedback to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements that cater to member needs and drive company growth
  • Manage product development from concept to launch
  • Work with various teams to execute product development initiatives
  • Champion a user-centered design approach, enhancing Corporate Services engagement and member experiences
  • Develop launch strategies and execute training for teams to effectively launch products for members
  • Monitor product performance to identify areas for enhancement and optimization
  • Drive product iteration based on feedback, market trends, and emerging technologies
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams and members
  • Support the Category Head in maximizing revenue and outreach to new business opportunities
  • Establish partnerships with complementary providers and develop joint go-to-market plans
  • Develop and nurture supplier relationships to enhance existing offerings and establish new ones
  • Serve as the Corporate Services program expert to prospects and members
