Requirements

Passion for interacting with Guests of all ages
Attention to detail and ability to prioritise Guests and tasks
Retail/service experience in sales preferred but training will be given
Flexibility to work different days/shifts as needed based on availability given
Ability to assist with store events which may be scripted or non-scripted
Ability to understand store commercial targets and daily expectations (e.g., talk ups, go with, basket fill)
Housekeeping skills to ensure both on stage and back stage areas are clean and tidy
Time management and organisational skills
Success in working in a team environment
Good communication skills, able to adjust communication to the guest

Responsibilities

Engage Guests in magical experiences throughout the Store, delighting them with stories and providing quality, innovative products
Provide exceptional service that exceeds Guest expectations by focusing on a unique and memorable show experience
Maintain integrity of the Disney brand while adhering to grooming guidelines
Take a proactive role in maintaining Disney brand standards
Maintain a neat and organised Store, both on stage and back stage, for clear product representation and replenishment
Maintain and participate in producing company visual standards for an outstanding Store environment
Ensure all new product is on stage for the most current assortment
Assist with stock deliveries and replenishment to agreed standards
Participate in markdowns, event set-up, and Stage Sets
Achieve financial and productivity goals through appropriate actions and Guest service behaviours
Set priorities and manage time effectively and efficiently
Welcome every guest with a smile, make eye contact, and accompany them through the sales process
Perform effective till transactions that enhance Guest perception, observe SOPs, and protect company assets including cash handling
