Responsibilities
Processes Member purchases, including verifying, renewing, upgrading, and offering membership products
Scans all club merchandise through a point-of-sale system for accurate inventory counts and purchase totals
Accepts various forms of payments
Provides a high level of customer service to Members and checks them out in a timely and efficient manner
Offers all appropriate membership products such as renewals, EASY renewal option, BJ’s Loyalty programs, and Rewards redemption
Fills shopping carts when necessary and assists Members
Maintains the overall cleanliness of the front-line department
Delivers service excellence through all points of contact and resolves/deescalates member concerns
Ensures a safe and positive environment and experience for members
Works as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily, including Grand Opening Look (GOL), stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining signage, and keeping areas clean and organized
