Ability to offer appropriate membership products such as membership renewal, EASY renewal option, BJ’s Loyalty programs, and Rewards redemption

Process Member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner, including verifying, renewing, upgrading, and offering membership products
Scan merchandise and accept various forms of payments using a point-of-sale system to ensure accurate inventory counts and purchase totals
Provide excellent member service in an efficient and productive manner
Check Members out in a timely and efficient manner
Fill shopping carts when necessary and assist Members
Maintain the overall cleanliness of the front-line department
Deliver service excellence, resolve and deescalate member concerns
Support club policies, procedures, and compliance; act with honesty and integrity
Ensure flawless execution of club standards, including Grand Opening Look (GOL) daily, all items stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, and clean/organized areas inside and out
