Clear understanding of all BJ’s Membership options, including the importance of renewals and upgrading to BJ’s Loyalty programs
Ability to process member purchases courteously and friendly, including verifying, renewing, upgrading, and offering membership products
Ability to scan merchandise through a point-of-sale system for accurate inventory counts and purchase totals
Ability to provide high level of customer service, check members out timely and efficiently
Ability to fill shopping carts when necessary and assist members
Maintain overall cleanliness of the front-line department

Support club policies, procedures, compliance, and GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate)

Responsibilities
Process Member purchases, including verifying, renewing, upgrading, and offering membership products
Scan all club merchandise through point-of-sale system

Provide excellent member service efficiently and productively
Offer appropriate membership products like renewals, EASY renewal, BJ’s Loyalty programs, and Rewards redemption
Check Members out in a timely and efficient manner
Fill shopping carts when necessary and assist members
Maintain cleanliness of the front-line department
Deliver service excellence, resolve and deescalate member concerns
Ensure daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards and club standards (e.g., Grand opening look, stocked items, promotional plans, accurate signage, clean and organized)
Act with honesty, integrity, lead with member in mind, escalate concerns as appropriate
