Ability to provide a high level of customer service to Members
Skills in processing purchases courteously and friendly, including verifying, renewing, upgrading, and offering membership products
Proficiency in scanning merchandise through a point-of-sale system for accurate inventory counts and purchase totals
Capability to maintain the overall cleanliness of the front-line department

Understanding of club policies, procedures, compliance, and how to access production/financial performance reporting
Responsibilities
Process Member purchases, including verifying, renewing, upgrading, and offering membership products, scanning merchandise, and accepting various forms of payment
Provide excellent member service in an efficient and productive manner
Offer appropriate membership products such as renewals, EASY renewal option, BJ’s Loyalty programs, and Rewards redemption
Check Members out in a timely and efficient manner
Fill shopping carts when necessary and assist Members
Maintain the overall cleanliness of the front-line department
Carry out job functions as assigned and support club policies, procedures, and compliance
Ensure a safe and positive environment, resolve member concerns, and escalate as appropriate
Deliver GOLD club standards daily, including Grand Opening Look, stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining signage, and keeping areas clean and organized
