Responsibilities

  • Own and manage an individual caseload of in-process life insurance applications
  • Create and send applications to clients
  • Request and obtain underwriting requirements from clients
  • Review underwriting decisions to determine if better options exist for customers
  • Master carrier workflows, application and underwriting processes, and software systems
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects with other operations teams
  • Ensure a seamless and transparent customer experience
  • Improve processes
  • Process, issue, and place cases in a timely manner
