Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in the Mobile/Telecom industry
  • At least 3 years of project management experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Technical understanding of mobile software and mobile operators
  • Familiarity with Android OS
  • Solid experience in managing multiple accounts and/or projects concurrently
  • Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills, across the business at all levels including senior management and executives
  • Well organized with a sense of urgency and excellent follow-up skills
  • Excellent communication skills, flexibility, team focus, and dedication to quality
  • Excellent understanding of commercial business needs and end-user focus within a technical/technology lens
  • Strong customer support skills and ability to communicate professionally in oral and written responses with partners
  • Organized and analytical, able to track issues to resolution with consistent follow-through
  • Strong preference for location in Mexico (remote role)

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring seamless integration of Digital Turbine's technologies with tier one mobile operators across LATAM
  • Working closely with Account Management, Product, and Technology teams to support customers
  • Supporting integration of new features in the Mobile Operators platform
  • Reporting to Director of Carrier Operations
  • Joining the LATAM Carrier Project Management team
