Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one care to clients with different diagnoses
Assist clients with completing their activities of daily living
Assist with personal care (bathing and toileting), meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
Provide companionship and engagement
Follow the client care plan and provide updates as needed
