A fixed fibre line with minimum 25 Mbps upload and download speeds supporting wired Ethernet is mandatory, along with a reliable power backup solution for load shedding.
Strong candidates have prior experience in care coordination or healthcare administration, especially ABA services, combined with excellent communication, high emotional intelligence for handling difficult conversations, and the technical setup for reliable remote work.
