Responsibilities

  • Promotional Liaison for Top Prescribers: VBS and Mounjaro Obesity expert, 100% confident in applying aspects of the selling model to customer interactions
  • Provide field perspectives and bring customer insights from key players
  • Influence marketing and medical teams to integrate the most relevant insights into brand solutions (e.g., messaging, educational initiatives, promotional events)
  • Speakers MX Cardiometabolic Affiliate Operation: Accountable for all Sales Force activities that involve a transfer of value to speakers
  • Ensure 100% of speakers are aligned with strategy and master the brand strategy
  • Make decisions based on business acumen to fulfill the program objective (e.g., selecting speakers according to HCPs segment)
  • Develop a measurement plan for all activities from targeting to knowledge impact measurement
  • Comply 100% with all policies and procedures from speakers’ selection to payment
  • Ensure a flawless customer experience for speakers contracted by Lilly, from invitation to payment (zero complaints)
  • Have a monthly gazette to share Lilly information with speakers
  • Have a metric to evaluate speaker performance objectively
  • Identify needs for materials development
  • Attend at least 3 P2P or eP2Ps monthly, hybrid coverage 80% of speakers before year-end
  • Manage the annual cap
  • Responsible for all materials being accurately approved before any promotional event
  • Accountable for Independent Events from Main Societies Congresses to Small Participations: Ensure independent meetings where we participate are strategic and have a clear objective
