Candidates should have experience in carbon reporting and target setting, along with a strong understanding of the GHG protocol and working knowledge of SBT methodology. Proficiency in advanced data analysis functions within MS Excel and Google Sheets is required, and experience with additional systems like Python and PowerBI is preferable. A proven track record in leading Scope 1-3 projects is also necessary.
The Carbon Consultant will support the strategy, growth, and delivery of Carbon Services, including Scope 1-3 Carbon Footprints, SECR, CDP, Life Cycle Assessments, and Net Zero Pathways. They will proactively identify prospective client leads, design and sell projects, and deliver high-quality services within budget. The role also involves contributing to process improvement, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and identifying client needs to ensure solutions align with their objectives.
