Responsibilities

  • Abwicklung und Leitung der Prozesse für Angebots- und Vertragsmanagement, Konsignationsverwaltung und Bestellungen sowie Rücksendungen im Bereich Capital Equipment
  • Verwaltung und Pflege von Serviceverträgen, Kundenvereinbarungen und Installationsdatenbanken in SAP und Ticketsystemen
  • Erstellung von Umsatzreports, termingerechte Rechnungsstellung und Abwicklung von Disputes
  • Unterstützung bei der Verhandlung und beim Abschluss von Service- und Geräteverträgen sowie On-Demand-Services mit Einzelkunden und Einkaufsgemeinschaften
  • Führung, Entwicklung und Schulung des Sales Operations Teams
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Key Account Management und Commercial Excellence zur Steuerung des Servicevertragsgeschäfts sowie Servicekampagnen
  • Verantwortlich für das Capital Equipment-Lifecycle-Management inkl. Set-Up in SAP und Ticketsystem sowie End-of-Life-Management
  • Administration und Optimierung von Jira-Workflows
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Umweltmanagementsystemen sowie der regulatorischen Anforderungen und Unterstützung bei Audits
