Responsibilities

Develop and manage the capital projects portfolio, including new construction, equipment upgrades, and infrastructure improvements
Prepare project proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and resource requirements
Ensure alignment of capital projects with the site’s strategic objectives
Monitor expenditures and financial performance against budget
Oversee project teams, including engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
Ensure all project KPIs are met and projects meet safety and quality standards
Select, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors. Ensure all third-party work meets the quality and safety standards
Oversee the execution of the PTW system
Manage effective communication with all project stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners
Develop and deliver capability building programs for project engineers and managers
Coordinate with various departments to ensure project execution KPIs and adequate investment plans are in place for the site
