Experience with Gainsight and NetSuite, along with exposure to the LTC industry/technology or EHR experience, are preferred qualifications.
The Associate Customer Success Manager will respond to customer inquiries using a case management application, acting as a trusted advisor to drive solution adoption and help customers achieve their objectives. They will assist customers in identifying how PointClickCare products can address their critical business challenges, reduce product and logo churn by effectively identifying, managing, and mitigating risks, and collaborate with other teams as needed to address customer inquiries.
Cloud-based EHR solutions for senior care
PointClickCare provides cloud-based software solutions specifically designed for the senior care sector, including skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, and home health agencies. Its main product, Harmony, is an integrated care coordination platform that helps manage patient transitions from hospitals to post-acute care facilities. Harmony allows healthcare providers to exchange clinical data, which improves care coordination and patient outcomes by offering real-time insights and analytics.
