Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of product roadmaps that drive customer and business value across omni-channel experiences
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define and prioritize capabilities based on clear business cases, customer insights, and strategic goals
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from drafting epics and user stories to backlog prioritization and sprint execution—ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features
  • Champion system stability and efficiency by driving defect resolution, addressing recurring support issues, and identifying opportunities to streamline operations
  • Facilitate listening sessions, lead training initiatives, produce clear documentation, and deliver compelling presentations that articulate product vision and strategy
  • Navigate complex decision-making environments and influence outcomes through thoughtful collaboration and data-driven recommendations
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in financial services and omni-channel commerce, translating market signals into actionable insights that inform product strategy and innovation
  • Act as a system subject matter expert, understanding how internal and external stakeholders interact with platforms and guiding teams to maximize capability utilization
  • Set strategic direction and optimize performance for specific technology functions
