Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site construction management, collaborate with business units, visit sites, ensure quality matches specifications, observe activities, offer guidance, address issues, guide leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, issue change directives, initiate material reviews, and suspend work as needed
  • Drive format and design innovation by identifying prototypes, collaborating with teams, researching materials, providing expertise, developing strategies to improve customer experience, reduce costs, and enhance ROI
  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional strategies impacting financial and system processes, balance resources, and develop long-term plans
  • Manage construction and engineering projects: develop/evaluate schedules, ensure timely contractor information, manage material procurement, support contract execution, request design changes, ensure documentation, monitor/control expenses, and document corrections
  • Drive execution of multiple business plans and projects: identify operational needs, develop plans, remove barriers, supervise/develop associates, promote policies/values, evaluate plans/initiatives, consult stakeholders for efficiency/cost-effectiveness, and participate in community outreach
