Responsibilities

  • Participates in the training and development of all OMNI Associates
  • Completes Back Office Setup including Review of Future Grocery Order Summary; Grocery Order Daily Pickup Report; Confirmation of Daily Orders, Identification of Payment Exceptions, Identification of Picks, Determination of workload by commodity; Assignation of CFAs, Fills in Staging Whiteboards; Setting up of Handhelds/Printers for CFAs
  • Check email and AMP+ for Action Items
  • Completes daily picks, where necessary. Completes tasks of post pick activities, such as clearing and setting Service Stations, Tote Cleaning, maintaining e-commerce cleaning standards and ensuring Back Office is NCO and ready for next day (maintaining cleanliness similar to that of a fresh associate)
  • Leads by example greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner and assists by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions
  • Provides customer service by offering assistance to meet the customer’s shopping needs, contributing to overall processes for Online Grocery and Walmart.ca directly and through follow-up with OMNI Associates
  • Functions as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and customer traffic patterns
