Responsibilities

  • Translate business strategies into compelling store design concepts balancing customer needs, operational efficiency, and space optimization; develop multiple design options, evaluate trade-offs, ensure alignment with brand and departmental guidelines
  • Partner with Format Team, Merchandising, Real Estate, Marketing, and Operations to integrate design with broader business initiatives; build strong relationships to gather input, align priorities, ensure seamless execution
  • Define project requirements, manage scope, maintain integrity of store drawings; support New Store programs through drawing updates, quality checks, and implementation oversight
  • Ensure consistency and operational viability of designs through documentation, visual aids, and pilot reviews; approve scalable solutions and monitor adherence to design standards during rollout
  • Present updates to leadership, influence team engagement, contribute to a culture of innovation and collaboration
