Responsibilities

  • Help plan & execute the campus recruitment strategy during our busiest cycle to hire the Early Talent Cohort for May 2026
  • Work with hiring managers to identify and hire the perfect candidates
  • Write compelling job descriptions to attract the best-in-class candidates
  • Recruitment: filtering applications, screening candidates, interviewing, scheduling, and onboarding
  • Manage job postings and monitor their outcomes
  • Strategize with the team to create and implement the internship program
  • Lead the current intern cohort to ensure an incredible experience through event planning and professional development opportunities
