6+ years of campus recruiting experience (financial services industry experience would be useful but not required)
Preferably knowledgeable about the recruiting landscape across APAC (but not required)

Responsibilities

Spearhead the planning and execution of a range of campus recruiting initiatives to attract outstanding interns and full-time employees across multiple countries and business areas
Cultivate and maintain productive partnerships with universities, career centres, and student organisations throughout the region
Engage potential candidates enthusiastically
Think critically about strategy to build the pipeline of talent
Plan and attend various types of recruiting events (e.g., on-campus, virtual, and in-office)
Build and maintain relationships with universities and external partners
Communicate with prospective candidates
Bring fresh ideas to the approach using expertise in event coordination and relationship management
Anticipate where and how to engage to find exceptional talent
Find solutions to big, interesting problems while getting the little details right
