They should be proficient in using data to solve problems, utilizing tools such as Excel, Tableau, Looker, or SQL. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate a customer service-oriented approach and possess excellent communication and organizational skills, along with comfort working on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing based on variable inputs.
The Campaign Operations Associate will work closely with Sales and Client Success to prevent and resolve pre- and post-launch issues, handle inbound requests comprehensively, leverage reporting to proactively monitor campaign performance, timely escalate and follow through on issue resolution, maintain frequent and consistent communication across internal and external teams, convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and contribute to processes and documentation related to campaign setup, validation, and troubleshooting. This role also involves participating in shift coverage spanning 9AM to 6PM EST.
