Candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience in Programmatic Marketing, 3 years in CTV Management, 2 years in Podcast Management, and 3 years in OOH experience, along with 3+ years managing 6-figure budgets. They should demonstrate proficiency in interpreting campaign data to identify performance trends and insights, experience in implementing optimization tactics such as creative rotation, frequency capping, and bid adjustments, and a proven ability to successfully segment audiences based on demographics, behaviors, and data points. Furthermore, candidates should have experience working effectively with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Ecommerce, Customer Service, and All Channel leads, and possess attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Manager of Programmatic Marketing & OOH will oversee strategy and growth within offline performance marketing channels such as CTV, OOH, Satellite Radio, Podcast, Newsletters, and Direct Mail, identifying and executing opportunities for expansion into new channels. They will monitor and report on key performance metrics including CAC, conversion rates, ROAS, and LTV, analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights, and oversee relationships with external partners and agencies while collaborating cross-functionally to successfully execute campaigns. The role also involves budget allocation, creative & copy development, conversion tag and product feed management, and A/B testing, as well as staying current with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
