Responsibilities

  • Understanding client requirements for multichannel campaigns/content and cascading tasks to content authors/art workers
  • Managing and triaging tickets to relevant teams as per agreed timelines
  • Ensuring standards and data privacy compliance for every campaign
  • Maintaining high quality standards for campaign delivery and ensuring timelines are met with quality
  • Executing projects in line with project management principles (communication, stakeholder management, risk & issue management)
  • Planning, executing, tracking, and analyzing direct marketing campaigns
  • Managing the entire lifecycle of a marketing campaign from inception to launch to evaluation of results
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using ROI calculations
  • Ensuring process, metrics, and reporting compliance for every campaign throughout the various stages of campaign journey & delivery
  • Multitasking with responsibilities including creation of sales collateral, coordinating training programs, managing product demonstrations, and providing event support
