Applicants must be South African citizens and have a fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload and download) and the capability to support a wired Ethernet connection, alongside a reliable power backup solution.
The Call Centre Representative will be responsible for patient payment collection through follow-up and payment plan establishment, reviewing Electronic Remittance Advice (EOBs) to identify errors and resolve claim issues with insurance providers, utilizing billing systems to update records and track payments, focusing on reducing Accounts Receivable (AR) by meeting collection targets and analyzing aging reports, meeting client-defined benchmarks and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, providing regular updates on collection progress and discussing performance metrics with the client, escalating complex issues and suggesting improvements to enhance collection efficiency, and resolving patient billing inquiries.
