Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Sales Funnel Management: Be in the driver's seat of the sales funnel: complete test drives, create offers, achieve order and sales goals, and deliver the vehicle.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Be the main contact for your customer and maintain long-lasting relationships. Excite and advise customers on all aspects of Cadillac ownership, helping them select the right product configuration and purchase option.
  • Customer Database Management: Master your customer database by contacting prospective buyers, doing comprehensive needs analysis, and updating the CRM system.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of product features, sales, and service processes and use insights to refine the business.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Be the product ambassador and EV evangelist that represents Cadillac's values and vision by supporting local events and activating local networks to generate leads and grow business.
  • Team Mentorship: Mentor, onboard, and coordinate junior levels, interns, and external promoter staff.

Requirements

  • Several years of premium/luxury retail sales experience; automotive experience is an advantage.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Passion for EVs and Cadillac.
  • Strong skills in communication, empathy, persuasiveness, and stress resistance.
  • Hands-on and proactive mentality with the customer and teamwork always in focus.
  • Flexibility to work from Monday – Saturday based on a five-day work week.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English language skills.
