Requirements

  • Diploma or certificate in business, supply chain, or a related field
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations, ideally in a manufacturing or electronics environment (e.g., PCBA, machining, or electromechanical components)
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
  • Understanding of procurement workflows, documentation, and approval processes
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, process-driven environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Exposure to Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems is considered an asset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and large data sets (Excel / Google Sheets)
  • Effective communicator with a collaborative, team-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for outcomes
  • A mindset for continuous improvement and process standardization

Responsibilities

  • Support high-volume, detail-driven order processing with accuracy and accountability
  • Demonstrate strong ERP system experience (NetSuite experience is an asset)
  • Maintain and continuously improve procurement workflows as we transition from Procurify to NetSuite
  • Collaborate with engineering, finance, and operations to ensure smooth and timely material flow
  • Keep clear, organized, and traceable records of purchase orders, vendor communications, and delivery tracking
  • Take ownership of assigned procurement tasks and demonstrate initiative in problem solving
  • Handle data entry and reporting with consistency and care
