Requirements

  • Academic background; an MBA or PhD is considered an advantage
  • Over 10 years of experience in Sales, ideally within healthcare or a related industry
  • 2 - 4 years of leadership / people management experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success in a managerial role within an international context
  • Strategic leader with strong communication, intercultural awareness, and team-building capabilities, complemented by analytical and solution-focused thinking
  • Fluent in English and Dutch; proficiency in French is a plus
  • Open to travel within the BeNeLux region and internationally
  • Comfortable working across time zones and aligning with international standards

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Sales, Marketing, and Clinical team
  • Define and execute short- and long-term sales strategies across the BeNeLux region
  • Drive customer-centric initiatives and ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Optimize and digitize sales processes and infrastructure
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to align on business goals
  • Monitor KPIs including sales growth, EBIT, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with public procurement laws and corporate policies
