Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field; MBA or advanced degree (preferred)
  • Relevant experience in operation management, preferably in a managerial role
  • Previous experience in home care, healthcare management, or a supervisory role
  • In-depth understanding of compliance in Aged Care and NDIS (including quality standards, WHS, infection prevention and control, and SIRS)
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address healthcare challenges and improve patient outcomes
