Plan journey management
Translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage
Transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth
Create a clear and strategic Digital Transformation vision that aligns with organizational objectives and client expectations
Evaluate the feasibility of the proposed transformation vision and identify capability gaps
Create Solution Blueprints for RPA, Gen AI, Agentic AI Solutions
Present the transformation journey to internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring understanding of strategy, benefits, and implementation roadmap
Analyze and solve moderately complex problems
Create new solutions, leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures
Understand strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
Interact with direct supervisor, team leads, peers, management at client/Accenture
Require minimal guidance on new assignments
Make decisions impacting the team and occasionally other teams
Manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts
